- How to order?
- 1. To make an order, you need to indicate the IMEI
2. When your order will be completed, we will send a notification to your email
3. After successfully unlocking you will receive the status "SIM-Lock: Unlocked"
How to activate the device?
1. Insert SIM-card of another carrier
2. Activate your device (if your device is linked to an Apple ID, you need to enter email and password from your Apple ID)
- Not Supported:
- ⁃ Device with Blacklist / Lost or Stolen status
- ⁃ IMEI treshold reached & wait 30 days
⁃ The IMEI doesn't match an AT&T device
⁃ We can't locate it in our database
- No refund for the following:
- ⁃ Wrong IMEI
- ⁃ Wrong Carrier
⁃ Already unlocked IMEI
⁃ The service will not unlock your device from iCloud lock
⁃ You don't remember your Apple ID email or password
- Note: No re-lock warranty, if device contract is Unpaid or device gets reported Lost/Stolen after unlock, carrier can relock the device, no refund in this case
Cancellation is not possible if your order is in process, even if there is a delay
